Do I have to pick a plan right away?
No. Your Free Workspace starts with five SAGE actions ready immediately and refreshes weekly. You can start SAGE Membership whenever the daily cadence is worth it to your shop.
What counts as a SAGE action?
A SAGE action is a provider change SAGE successfully completes after you confirm it — for example, an approved catalog, SEO, or Google Business update. Connections, previews, drafts, messages, reminders, owner tasks, and failed or canceled attempts do not use an action. Customer sends, scheduling, public social publishing, and recurring automation are included with Membership.
Do I lose my connected accounts in the Free Workspace?
No. Shopify, Mailchimp, your socials — whatever launch-ready provider you connected stays connected so SAGE can keep your Today list grounded in your real shop.
Is my customer list mine?
Yes. CSV import and export work in both directions in the Free Workspace and with membership. If you cancel, you walk out with your list. Account deletion is honored — we run Meta's data-deletion flow and purge on request. See Export or delete your data.
What happens when my 14-day membership trial ends?
We email you at T-3 days, T-1 day, and on the last day. If your card is on file and you haven't canceled, the first $25 charge runs and membership continues. If you cancel first, you're never charged and your Free Workspace remains — nothing gets deleted, connections stay linked, and five weekly SAGE actions remain available.
Can I really cancel anytime?
Yes. Open your dashboard, click Manage billing, and cancel in one click through Stripe's portal. Your membership stays active through the end of the paid period, then your shop continues in its Free Workspace. No prorated refunds, penalty, or reactivation fee.
Does the price go up as my shop grows?
No. $25/mo is flat per shop, regardless of traffic, product count, email list size, or number of connected channels. Early subscribers keep this core SAGE rate even if public pricing changes later. If you open a second location and want a separate SAGE instance for it, that's a separate $25/mo — otherwise one account covers your work.
How do I pay? Who handles billing?
Stripe handles checkout, the billing portal, and every recurring charge. We never see your card number. You can swap cards, update your billing email, or cancel from the portal anytime.
What if I don't run a bookstore, comic shop, record store, thrift shop, or craft shop?
SAGE is built around those five verticals today — the digest, event calendars, and campaign templates are tuned to them. If you run a different kind of indie shop, it'll still work, but some of the grounded prompts will fall back to generic retail. Tell us what you run — we add verticals based on demand.
Do you have a referral program?
Refer another shop? Earn $5 off your next invoice. Credits stack, cap is $5 per invoice — so 10 referrals means $5 off for 10 months. No monthly cap on how many you bank. Find your share link inside your dashboard once you're signed in.
