Pricing, trials, and canceling
SAGE's pricing is deliberately simple. A Free Workspace includes five confirmed SAGE actions each week. SAGE Membership is $25/mo after a 14-day trial and keeps SAGE working every day without the weekly action cap. One membership price, one cancel button, no tier jumps.
Signup is free — no card
Run the free website check-up, then sign up with your email, first name, and store name. SAGE saves the practical next moves from your check-up and opens your Free Workspace, including a dashboard, Today’s list, and storefront. Your first five SAGE actions are ready immediately, and no credit card is required.
Two ways to keep working
Your Free Workspace remains useful whether or not you subscribe:
- SAGE Membership — $25/mo, 14-day free trial, card up front, cancel anytime. No weekly action cap, plus ongoing email and SMS sending, scheduling, social routing, recurring automation, and supported writes to connected platforms.
- Free Workspace — $0/mo, no card ever. Five confirmed SAGE actions each week, with your Today’s list, drafts, connections, storefront, and saved work kept in place.
When the five weekly actions are used, SAGE can offer membership or tell you when the next five arrive. There is no auto-charge, lockout, or countdown clock.
The membership price
$25 per month, flat. It doesn't go up as your catalog grows, your list grows, or you connect more channels. If you open a second location and want a separate SAGE instance for it, that's a separate $25/mo — otherwise one account covers your work.
The 14-day membership trial
When you start SAGE Membership, your card goes on file and a 14-day free trial begins. You get the full paid experience: no weekly action cap, email and SMS campaigns, scheduled posts through connected social routes, recurring automation, and supported platform writes.
SAGE emails reminders at T-3 days, T-1 day, and the day your trial ends. If you haven't canceled by then, the first $25 charge runs and membership continues seamlessly. Cancel mid-trial and you're never charged — your Free Workspace remains with nothing deleted and every connection still linked.
What stays in the Free Workspace
The Free Workspace is a real product, not a hostile trial trap. You keep:
- Five SAGE actions each week, with the first five ready immediately. The allowance refreshes weekly and does not roll over.
- Today's list, insights, previews, drafts, reminders, and owner tasks remain available.
- All connections stay connected so SAGE can keep its guidance grounded in your real shop.
- Your customer list stays yours — CSV import and export work both directions.
- Your storefront stays available as an included workspace benefit.
A SAGE action counts only when SAGE successfully completes a confirmed provider change, such as an approved catalog, SEO, or Google Business update. Connections, previews, drafts, messages, reminders, owner tasks, and failed or canceled attempts do not consume an action. Customer sends, scheduling, public social publishing, and recurring automation are membership features.
Canceling
Open your dashboard and click Manage billing. That opens your Stripe Billing Portal, where you can cancel your membership in one click. Membership stays active through the end of the period you already paid for, then your shop continues in its Free Workspace. No retention screens, no "are you sure" flow, no reactivation fee if you come back later.
Updating cards or billing details
Same portal. Stripe handles everything about your card and your billing email; SAGE never sees the card number itself.
