Pricing, trials, and canceling

SAGE's pricing is deliberately simple. Sign up free, get 5 fixes on the house, then choose between Pro ($25/mo) or free-forever whenever you're ready. One price for Pro, one cancel button, no tier jumps, no per-location surcharge.

Signup is free — no card

Every new shop starts with a 5-fix signup bonus. Sign up with just your email, first name, and store name — no credit card. SAGE pre-loads the first 5 fixes from your public audit into your dashboard, and you approve each one so SAGE can write it through whatever platform you've connected (Shopify, Square, Mailchimp, and so on). That happens before we ever talk about money.

After 5 — pick your lane

When you try your 6th fix, SAGE shows a plan picker with two choices side-by-side:

Until you try that 6th fix there's nothing to decide — no auto-charge, no lockout, no countdown clock.

The number (Pro)

$25 per month, flat. It doesn't go up as your catalog grows, your list grows, or you connect more channels. If you open a second location and want a separate SAGE instance for it, that's a separate $25/mo — otherwise one account covers your work.

The 14-day Pro trial

When you choose Pro from the plan picker, your card goes on file and a 14-day free trial begins. You get the full paid experience: Today's list, unlimited fixes, email and SMS campaigns, scheduled posts through connected social routes, and supported platform writes.

SAGE emails reminders at T-3 days, T-1 day, and the day your trial ends. If you haven't canceled by then, the first $25 charge runs and Pro continues seamlessly. Cancel mid-trial and you're never charged — your shop drops to the free-forever plan with nothing deleted and every connection still linked.

The free-forever floor

Free-forever is a real floor, not a hostile trap. You keep:

Free-forever does not include email or SMS campaign sending, social publishing or cross-posting, scheduling, or Google Business Profile posts — those each write to external accounts on your behalf and live on Pro. You can upgrade to Pro in a single click anytime.

Canceling

Open your dashboard and click Manage billing. That opens your Stripe Billing Portal, where you can cancel your subscription in one click. The subscription stays active through the end of the period you already paid for, then drops to the free-forever plan. No retention screens, no "are you sure" flow, no reactivation fee if you come back later.

Updating cards or billing details

Same portal. Stripe handles everything about your card and your billing email; SAGE never sees the card number itself.
